SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable 

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Delivery Delays:
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect address submissions. If your order is delayed, please check your tracking link or contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement/refund for lost or stolen packages.

Wrong Address Policy:
Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order. We cannot reroute packages after they ship. If an incorrect address was submitted, contact us ASAP.
